Pine Cove is within walking distance of beach, pubs, restaurants and picturesque fishing village. Golf, Fishing and Adventure Centre nearby. 10 minutes drive from Waterford Airport and 20 minutes drive to Waterford City and Tramore.  Places to visit while in Waterford include the beautiful Lismore Castle and Gardens, Waterford city, the Waterford and Suir Valley Railway as well as Ardmore Church and round tower. For walking enthusiasts a booklet containing maps of local walks in Dunmore East can be obtained at a minimal cost from business premises in the village. For the more adventurous visitors the new spectacular cliff walk is open. The next "Rambling Festival" is in May 2011. Dunmore East "Blue Grass Festival" takes place at the end of August each year. Waterford City is just an hour and a half from Dublin on the new M9 motorway. Suirway provide a local bus service and a late night service (summer months)

Acceptance and Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following conditions:

Accommodation Capacity 
The total number of guests are not to exceed five individuals. in addition it  can also accommodate one infant less than two years of age to sleep in the cot provided.

Arrival & Departure times 
Arrival time is 4pm. Departure time is 11am. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to arrive or depart at the specified times, please seek approval from the Caretaker, who will endeavour to accommodate you.

Bed Linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge.

Behaviour We reserve the right to terminate this contract (and ultimately your holiday), if the behaviour of any guest is likely to endanger the safety or well being of him / herself or others, or contravenes these terms & conditions,  or is likely to damage the property.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please notify the Caretaker immediately.

Damage Deposit, Breakages & Cleaning
A refundable damage deposit of €100 must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, after the house has been inspected, and the Caretaker is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, may result in the loss of part of the security deposit. In particular, guests are expected to clean up spillages of any kind in any rooms as they occur, and all kitchen dishes, pans and utensils must be thoroughly washed when they are used. A full cleaning kit is provided, in addition to a sweeping brush, mop & bucket, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. Breakages must be paid for, and guests are expected to notify the Caretaker about any breakages.

Electricity and Heating 
There is a fixed charge per day for lighting and heating. Alternatively electricity meters can read upon arrival and again upon departure day in order that usage can be calculated on departure day. Guests are charged for lighting and heating, based on meter readings. This charge is payable prior to departure.

Pets
Pets are strictly not allowed in the house.

Right to Decline
The owner reserve the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of the final payment. In addition, we shall be relieved of all liability should the house not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance, we will attempt to find alternative similar accommodation for the guest, or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where  guests are requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the expiration of their booking.
