1. All reservations shall commence from 4pm on day of arrival and terminate at 10am on day of departure.
2. All occupants of apartments shall register their names and addresses on arrival and the only occupants shall be those registered. Additional persons may not be accommodated without prior permission of the proprietors. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and with out refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
3. The occupants shall make good or pay for all articles of furniture, fixtures and effects as shall be broken, lost or damaged during their occuption, and undertake to keep the premises and furniture, fixtures, utensils, etc. in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer, on departure, shall deliver full possession with the furniture and effects in as good a state as they were at the commencement of the hire.
4. Each resident/guest undertakes not to do on their own part or permit to be done by persons under their control anything which may in the opinion of the management be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the privacy of other guests or the general comfort of others using or living in teh Atlantic Apartotel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in termination of rental of apartment.
5. Neither the owners, management nor its servants nor agents accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by a resident/guest or their property during the period of their stay at the Atlantic Apartotel. No action of acknowledgement by the owners, management, its servants or agents shall be deemed to waive this condition.
6. Dogs or other pets are not allowed in the apartments.
7. Cancellations. Where 28 days written notice of cancellation is given, the deposit, less €20 booking fee, will be refunded. Otherwise a deposit cannot be refunded. Holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit is strongly recommended.
8.In the event of non-arrival or when notice of late arrival has not been received, the proprietors may re-let the apartment from midday on the following day.
9.The management have right to decline a booking for any reason, even after receipt of final payment.
10.All taxes are included in the rates shown, but in the event of any changes in tax rates, a price revision may be necessary.
11.In the event that you are dissatisfied with some element of your stay, it must be reported to the manager on duty during your stay. We will be happy to assist in any way necessary. Complaints cannot be entertained if reported only after departure.
