Harkaway Cottages are traditional stone 4* self catering cottages in a courtyard setting. Our cottages are built using stone from our farm. The consist of two one bedroomed cottages both ensuite, three two bedroonmed cottages all ensuite and one three bedroom cottage with up and down stairs bathrooms. The interiors are decorated to a modern standard while the chosen materials and colours keep that traditional cosy cottage feel. Harkaway is located six miles from Mallow Town and two miles from the picturesque village of Castletownroche in Co Cork. Centrally positioned in Munster just one hour from Cork, Limerick and Killarney. We are ideally situated for hill walking on Ballyhoura or Galtee Mountains and only nine miles from the Ballyhoura Mountain Biking Course. Angling on the River Blackwater is only a short distance and there are four golf courses within ten miles.
