Completely refurbished whilst retaining all of the original charm, the farmhouse is ideal for a group of friends or a family getaway.

The path leading all the way from the house up to the lake and beyond offers perfect opportunities for exploring the grounds and if you time your visit right could mean the opportuity to meet some of the farms latest arrivals in the form of lots of little lambs!

There is still a working farm on the estate but bar the occasional visit from a tractor, this should offer no interuptions to your peace and quiet but may well offer some entertainment for any young children.

The Farmhouse is a two storey building with 3 light, airy and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen/dining room ideal for long dinners.Next door there is a cosy sitting room with a large stone fire-place perfect for warming up after any adventures. A utility room with washing machine and dryer - also another cloakroom complete the lay out of Agnews Farmhouse.

Whilst the estate itself offers endless amusements and diversions, there are numerous activies only a short drive away.

There are a number of bicycles at the house for guests use.

A rowing boat is available for the lake.

A cot can be supplied (bring own bed linen) and also an extra mattress for a child.

This house welcomes well behaved dogs (remember the sheep!)

Electricity and central heating oil is charged by meter reading.
