From Dublin take the   N7  to Limerick: From Limerick take the N21  to Killarney
From Shannon travel to   Limerick.  From Limerick take the N21  to Killarney.
From  Rosslare take the N25 to Cork
From Cork  take the N22 to Killarney
From Kerry Airport take the N22  to  Killarney.


From Killarney, take the N71 road  signposted  to  Kenmare  and Muckross.   After passing  the   Gleneagle Hotel ( 2  km from  Killarney) take the 2nd road to the left  and follow the signpost for Killarney Lakeland Cottages. There are also signs for Muckross Church and Lough Guitane Lake at this turn off. Keys available from reception.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Acceptance of booking is subject to the following conditions: 
1.Possession: Cottage to be taken from 3.00 p.m. onward on day of arrival and vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
2.Deposit: a deposit of 33% is required to confirm reservation. Minimum deposit Euro 100.00 per week. The balance of rental is due six weeks before arrival for all dates, except July and August when the balance is due eight weeks before arrival.
3. CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
(1)    More than  42  days :      deposit
(2)    42 days  - 28 days    :     50%
(3)    28 days  -14 days      :     70%
(4)    Less than 14 days    :      100%
However if we can re-let the cottage at the full rental  the cancellation charges  will be refunded  less an administration charge of Eur 25.00.
4 HIRERS RESPONSIBILITIES: The Hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all-reasonable care of it. The hirer undertakes to report any shortcomings or defects (if any) in the cottage to the Management on arrival or as soon as possible thereafter so that any such shortcomings or defects can be remedied.  The Hirer also undertakes to report and pay the proprietors for any damage to the holiday cottage, any equipment, lost, damaged, or stolen or any damage caused by the Hirer to any other equipment or facility on site. The holiday cottage, equipment and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the Hire period Any additional costs incurred by us over and above normal cleaning costs will be charged to the client..
5.The number of persons occupying the cottage or cottages shall not exceed that stated on the booking form, or the registration form, without the express consent of the Management.  The  person  responsible for  the  booking shall if requested provide the names and adresses of  all  persons  occupying the cottage or cottages .
Bookings are not accepted for all male or all female parties without the express permission of the Management.  Failure to observe this condition shall give rise to a termination
of the booking forthwith, without refund.

6. RIGHT TO DECLINE: The Proprietors, or their servants or agents have the right to decline accommodation for any reason even after the receipt of the full rental charges
7.The hirer undertakes not to do on their part or permit to be done by persons under their control anything which in the opinion of the Management is or may become a nuisance or annoyance which will in any way interfere with the quiet or general comfort of the Killarney Lakeland Cottages..                  
8.The Proprietors shall not be liable for breach of contract due to strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, power failure, acts of God, floods or the requisition of any Government, local or competent authority.
9.Charges: Included in the rental are:
10.Not more than two  cars shall be parked at  any one time at  or near the cottage without the express  permission of the management.
12.  No pets allowed unless  prior approval granted by proprietors .
13. . Electricity used for heating and light is an extra charge payable by the client prior to  departure. The charge is based on the individual meter reading and it is recommended that the cost per unit be checked at the outset.
