It’s really simple! Just click on the ”Book Now” button on the Property of interest. Alternatively, you can either send an enquiry through to our office from our contact us page, or telephone us to speak directly to one of our customer service staff.

We take a deposit of 30% of the booking at time of booking from your credit card if booked 42 days or more before arrival date.

A deposit of 100% of the booking will be charged to your credit card if booked less than 42 days before arrival date.

 

As a percentage of the booking deposit is non-refundable, we do recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

 

Refund policy:

 

Outside 43 days before arrival, less cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid.

Inside 42 days but more than 15 days, – less cancellation fee of 75% of amount paid.

Inside 14 days, cancellation fee is 100 % of amount paid.

The balance of the outstanduing amount (Full booking amount minus deposit paid) will be deducted from your credit card 41 days before the planned arrival date.

You can pay by credit (MasterCard/Visa) or debit / laser card using our secure online booking service. We apologise but we cannot accept cheque, bank draft, or electronic funds transfer.

Many of our property owners request payment of a refundable security or damage deposit upon arrival. This will be clearly identified in the property details. Payment of this deposit is an insurance against amateur breakage of property. It is fully refundable, once the property provider is satisfied that the propertiy is in order. Yes, a number of our properties are available to book for breaks with the duration of two or more nights. These properties can be identified by completing your arrival and departure dates when using the Book Now feature.
